TODAY's MENU
bfast: JM5, plain water 500ml b4 bfast, 1liter after 1 hour
lunch : semangkuk sup sayur (contains:bayam, tauhu jepon, fish cake), plain water 500ml b4 lunch
dinner : egg omellete (contains: 2eggs, mushrooms, cheese, salt n peeper), 500ml b4 dinner, 1 liter after 1 hour
plain water : minimum 3 liter a day
p/s kantoi malam: minum milo kaw segelas and makan cereals...kes nak habiskan stok2 makanan..huhuh...pasni xnk beli dah mknan yg ade carbs.huhu beli telur jek...=)
btw: heheh arini berat 69.3kg..huhuh....walau x strict pon bleh turun kalau wat strict betul mesti trun lg nih...air bergelen 5 liter kot minum byk giler xlarat g toilet =)
