restart diet day 1

Diet saya telah kelaut dlm smgu nie...adoyai...wlaubagaimanapun nasib berat xnaik pd asal cume static xturun je..so strict diet kne start balik lah..huhu...kalau tak plan menu awal2 mmg diet hari2 akan ke laut la...susah betul nak disiplin huhuhu....kurang minum air gak...mmg berat lmbt trun klu kurang minum..so moral of the story bykkan minum air for me at least 4 liter/day

lunch: sayur goreng
dinner: buah2an

dinner: telur 2 biji omellete n tuna.

bfast: JM5
lunch: roti telur skit, biskut, teh tarik...kantoi
dinner: telur 2 biji with tauhu
supper: milo secawan without sugar

diet day 7

bfast: JM5
lunch: sup sayur
dinner: nasi n udang ( kantoi)
supper (biskut2 n teh );;;kantoi kes g lepak umah kwn
